Yolla Group is a real estate development and management firm located in Uluwatu, Bali, established in 2021. The company approached us to create a comprehensive brand strategy and visual identity for its three distinct entities: Yolla Group, Yolla Hospitality, and Yolla Villas. The objective was to develop a cohesive brand presence that captures the essence of luxurious Balinese living while maintaining consistency across all units. Through strategic design, the brand seeks to attract clients who aspire to own a piece of the island's paradise, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish.

Known for its bold geometric shapes, symmetrical designs, and elegant lines, the Art Deco aesthetic evokes a timeless sense of sophistication and luxury. This visual language aligns perfectly with Yolla Group’s target audience, who value refined elegance and exclusivity. By incorporating this style into the brand identity, Yolla Group is positioned as more than just a real estate company—it becomes a symbol of aspirational, luxurious living that resonates deeply with potential clients looking for a premium lifestyle experience in Bali.
