The company's mission is to align individual purpose with organizational growth to achieve sustainable success.

Collaborating with Juicebox, Oulbyz set out to create a cohesive brand identity that encapsulated its core values, from empowering leadership to promoting community-driven growth. This engagement involved defining a brand strategy and visual identity, resulting in a clear and unified representation of Oulbyz’s mission and values.

As a champion for integrating Gen Z talent into established teams, Oulbyz is a leader in bridging generational divides. This generation’s values—purposeful work, inclusivity, and flexibility—are reshaping workplace norms, and organizations often struggle to adapt. Crafting a purpose-
driven brand
framework

Grounded in the principles of Ikigai—a philosophy that harmonizes personal purpose with professional goals—our brand framework emphasizes People, Performance, Philosophy, and Profit. These pillars guide our approach, supported by principles like Fresh Perspectives, Reflective Growth, and Community-Driven Values. Together, they position Oulbyz as a catalyst for sustainable, inclusive, and innovative growth.

A unified visual
symbol of growth

To bring the brand framework to life, Juicebox designed a vibrant visual identity that reflects Oulbyz’s commitment to innovation, inclusivity, and growth. The logomark itself is inspired by an ikigai diagram that serves as a cornerstone of Oulbyz that created a simple, memorable, yet meaningful mark that conveys a story behind it.

Notably, the logomark subtly incorporates the shape of the number 1 and letter Z, conveying a powerful message: Gen Z is not only capable but also ready to take the lead in today’s workplace. This design choice reflects Oulbyz’s commitment to empowering young talent to step into leadership roles with confidence and ambition.

The brand’s visual elements, including typeface selection and unique design treatments, convey a bold and dynamic energy that resonates with the audience and highlights Gen Z’s potential as a key asset for growth and innovation.

The overall visual identity strikes a balance between calm and energy, promoting harmony and alleviating organizational concerns while inspiring Gen Z individuals to find purpose and alignment in their professional journey.
