Are you a proactive leader ready to drive growth? Join us as a Business Development Manager in Jakarta, where you’ll engage with enterprise clients, identify market opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing new prospects, building long-term relationships, and leading the charge to develop compelling proposals. You will drive new business by engaging enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions that align with our vision, while fostering strong, long-term client relationships to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded. You’ll collaborate with our creative and technical teams to develop presentations and proposals, while leveraging both your personal and JB's network to generate referrals and expand the client base. You’ll represent the agency at industry events, using your network to enhance brand visibility, and work closely with internal teams to integrate client feedback, refining strategies based on market trends. Additionally, you’ll track key performance indicators such as client acquisition, relationship depth, referral rate, event engagement, and HubSpot reporting to ensure continuous improvement and measurable results.
